Note: Only Cashier's check or money orders will be accepted by mail at this time. Payments MUST have been postmarked by October 12th to insure arrival before the Colloquium begins. Should you be unable to get your payment postmarked by October 12th but still plan to attend, please DO NOT mail your payment. Instead, please fill out this registration form and bring your payment with you in cash, cashiers check, or money order in the amount indicated in the Gate Registration Prices.
